TEMPE, Ariz., TAMPA, Fla. – August 24, 2021 – Florida Kidney Physicians (FKP) a founding Global Nephrology Solutions (GNS) member-practice, announced today that it has partnered with the Jacksonville-based Clinic for Kidney Diseases P.A. (CKD). CKD’s network includes six outpatient locations, 22 dialysis centers and nine hospital affiliations, offering comprehensive nephrology services to patients. The addition will expand FKP’s presence through the state and makes them the largest nephrology practice in the state of Florida with 35 office locations and nearly 100 providers.
