Publications and Awards
Dr. Badra has published articles in well-known medical journals including: The Journal of Urology,
European Journal of Cancer, and American Journal of clinical and experimental Urology. He also
presented several posters in American Urology Association (AUA), American College of Physicians
(ACP) and American Society of Nephrology (ASN). He won the first place of Robert Geronemus
Memorial Research Competition in Florida Society of Nephrology (FSN), 2023.
Clinical Interests
Acute and chronic renal failure, diabetic kidney disease, glomerulonephritis, different modalities of
dialysis with special interest in refractory hypertension and kidney stones. Prior to his training in USA, Dr. Badra served as a faculty staff in Urology Department in Ain Shams University (Cairo, Egypt) and practiced several years, especially, in treatment of stones.
