FKP is proud to Announce the opening of Davita Plantation Home! This center is state of the art and is a self-standing Home Dialysis Training Center. It will be a center of excellence for Peritoneal Dialysis and Home Hemodialysis treatment.
The goal is to improve the quality of life of our patients by providing the opportunity to get their dialysis treatment at home whether that be by Peritoneal Dialysis of Home Hemodialysis. We here at FKP wants the best for our patients and feel that the opening of this center will greatly benefit them.
One of our own FKP Nephrologist's Dr Reinaldo Rosario is the Medical Director of Home Hemodialysis at Davita Home Plantation Center .
