Specializing in: all aspects of nephrology that includes acute and chronic kidney failure, hypertension, glomerular diseases, electrolyte and acid base disorders, kidney stones, kidney transplant, hemodialysis, and peritoneal dialysis.
Dr. Medvedovsky is passionate about helping patients with uncontrolled hypertension. Hypertension, also known as high blood pressure, is the leading risk factor for heart disease, stroke, and kidney failure. He specializes in the diagnosis and management of difficult-to-control hypertension and believes in a personalized approach for the individual patient rather than a one-size-fits-all model.
He is a Sarasota resident since 2021. Prior to relocating, he worked at BronxCare Health System in Bronx, NY from 2011 to 2021, and served as Chief of Nephrology from 2017 to 2021.
