The Kidney Transplant Connectors (KTC) Program is an inspirational presentation for people on a kidney transplant waitlist and their caregivers, presented by those who have walked in their shoes.
During each 45-minute program, Kidney Transplant Connectors will:
o Provide educational information and resources about transplant options.
o Share their personal stories about receiving and donating a kidney
o Discuss the importance of self-advocacy and consider all available options to help reduce time spent on the transplant waitlist.
